| Gotta agree there. None of them will be remembered as they haven't done anything remotely interesting. From current new artists, I would pick bands like Boards of Canada, Autechre, Spiritualized, Stereolab, Saint Etienne, etc. None of these bands can be classified as "popular," but their music will be remembered, IMO, because they were innovative and their work timeless. |
